The owners of Superconsulting Limited - Peter and Sue Jones- each have over 20 years experience in their respective fields of expertise.
After a number of years as sole traders they decided to incorporate in 2006.
They have both worked, and continue to work, in environments where their particular expertise was, and is, frequently used as part of a bigger programme and thus with their wide network of other skilled colleagues, they are able to offer, under the general banner of change management and business analysis, BPO support in psychometric assessment, personal counselling and change implementation services.
We value our client base and as such seek to price according to your needs and agreed benefit. Consequently, in engaging with our network we do not sub-contract. Instead we effect introductions and neither offer, nor seek, any commission for the introduction. Nor do we attempt to influence any commercial arrangement you may look to put in place with our network.
Alternatively we can, if you wish, act as prime contractor and thus maintain the sole commercial relationship with you. Under these circumstances we will contract with our network company.
We may (with your agreement) sub-contract to sole traders or non-incorporated companies and in these circumstances we will contract with you and our prices will be those agreed whether or not sub-contractors are used.
